Train hard. Live well. Show up.

Alpha Dad Hours is the time a dad makes for himself, in the gym and out of it. Not because he has extra time. Because the people counting on him deserve him at his best.

Mine's 4 AM.

Yours might be your lunch break, after the kids are down, or a Saturday before everybody's up. It doesn't matter when. It matters that you make it, and that you stop saying you don't have time.

What this is

Built for the whole life.

01

Train

Find your hour and protect it. Lift, run, sweat. Consistency beats perfect every single time, and "I don't have time" is an excuse.

02

Live

Life outside the gym counts too. The outdoors, the gear you trust, how you carry yourself. Take care of the whole man.

03

Show up

The point was never the workout. It's being the husband and dad your family deserves when the hour's over.

Real dad. Real hours.
About

I'm not a trainer. I'm a dad who made the time.

I'm Judson: husband, dad to two boys, and a guy with a full plate like everybody else. A little over a year ago I started getting up before the house did, because it was the only hour that was mine.

I started posting about it half as a joke. Then other dads started saying the same thing: "I don't have time." I get it. But if I can make it work, so can you.

This isn't about being an expert. It's about proving it can be done, and bringing a few more dads along with me.
